PrePak's facility offers a state-of-the-art security system that includes 24-hour, full-facility surveillance; point-of-entry limitations; and alarm systems. The facility contains: controlled-environment clean rooms, fully automated bottle fill lines, a semi-automated bottle line for low-volume needs, and unit dose packaging lines. Full-time licensed pharmacists oversee all operations.

PrePak's personnel, equipment and facilities are guided by exacting processes and procedures. The company is a registered FDA facility and maintains DEA, GSA and Tennessee Board of Pharmacy licenses. The FDA's current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) governs standard operating procedure. The organization meets and exceeds FDA standards for 21 CFR, Parts 210 and 211.
