Our modern facility contains controlled-environment clean rooms and both high-speed, fully-automated bottle fill lines and semi-automated bottle lines to meet short- or long-run production and faster turnaround requirements. PrePak has the ability to fill runs from 10 bottles to 10 million.

PrePak offers a selection of foil, pressure sensitive and induction seal packaging options; cotton and desiccant inserts; and liner verification sensors to ensure insert placement. A variety of bottle sizes and configurations are available. They include child-resistant and elderly-friendly closures.

All operations are supervised 24/7 by full-time quality control specialists, and undergo rigorous validation and safety checks. Licensed pharmacists oversee the process. Full product runs are bottled, hermetically sealed, labeled on-site and are in compliance with cGMP and other FDA regulations.
