To ensure client inventory is handled through standard operating procedures, PrePak dedicates time and commitment to training employees. PrePak's facility includes a dedicated employee training room so information about clients' needs can be communicated effectively. Employees cross-train and managers receive orientation on each job and demonstrate they understand each process from start to finish.
PrePak pharmacists have over 100 years of combined experience, which ensures proper oversight during all shifts. The flow of product through the facility is carefully controlled and monitored, maintaining the integrity of the process stream.
All controlled substances are secured, handled and stored in accordance with DEA regulations. They are also monitored by redundant security systems and accessible only by approved employees.
